A bit about Victor. He is doing impactful work at Substance Abuse & Addiction Recovery Alliance of Virginia (SAARA) helping families impacted by substance use disorder and addiction. He also recently announced that he is running for the VA House of Delegates – district 82, South of Richmond. That’s a big deal. He is poised, passionate, and just 29 years old – a good bit below the average age of a state elected official. I can’t wait for you to meet Victor!
