Fast forward a few months. Naina and Hope founded Inclusive Pathways to Success – a vocational school for people with different abilities (like their own sons who have Autism). IPS will teach students a trade like carpentry along with soft skills they will need to succeed and be independent (very proud and honored to be on the organization’s Board!). This was a great conversation about what it takes to turn an idea to reality, their partnership, and seamlessly connecting personal and professional.
